Then I got to a certain point and it did not really matter...
Please don't think I not into the update and don't either break down in tears or do funny dances at home... cause I do. I just don't see a need to spend too much time on this stuff.
My new mantar over the last three or four months has been:
keep it simple, write good pages, add content that matter and hope to make a few bucks in the process. I have found that if you do those simple things and are constantly working on things like:
- adding good content
- working on securing more incoming links
- writing pages that both visitors and google like
Then chances are more than very good that you will see a steady incrase of visitors over a period of time.
Again, nothing wrong with spending some time to see how things go update to update but try to understand that you can get booged down with stuff that does not help at all. Stay productive and do things that matter and you will see the rewards ;-)
Years ago I used to use web position software ... I then learned that google did not like it. From that point I used it about once or twice and then finnially got to the point and said...
does it really matter if I am ranked number 7 or 8 on the serp's for this term or that?
For me .... nope.

I'm not taking any sneaky chances on SEO. Besides, I'm still working on the basics so sneaky is over my head anyway. Ignorance is bliss! :)
