Question about FRESH tag

I am noticing that my site has a FRESH tag next to it for search terms of three words or more. However, for two word searches, there is no FRESH tag.

Anyone else experience thsi? What does it mean?

It is normal for some search term to have fresh tag and for some to not have.

Usually for search term return high is results (like top 10) it will have the fresh tag while for those which drop far behind, the listing is the old listing after google dance.
