OK here is something completely different. I have a plug in for Adobe Go Live called Menu Machine (great plug in), and it creates java script for hier. menus and the URL's for the web pages have no <a href="url"> tags so I guess google does not or can not find or recognize other pages that are inter site linked? Because google requires <a> tags. Is this correct? Because for my one site that uses this code, all of the pages are indexed, EXCEPT the pages that are linked together by the java menu.

The author suggests that I use the <noscript></noscript> tags and that non java enabled browsers will see the menu inside the tags with <a> tags and also google will be able to crawl and find all the pages. Will this method work for google? ANyone have a similar problem?

Also anyone here know where I can turn off java for MS IE 6? I can't find it.

I checked there and the only java option listed was java console - it was under the misrosoft VM heading. That's not the enable switch for java script is it?

Because I have it dis abled, and I can still see my java menus on my site.

nadsab,

JavaScript (from Netscape) is not the same as Java (from Sun Microsystems). To control these, look in IE Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Security > Internet > Custom Level. Java Script is under "Active Scripting"

I have Java (Sun) and Microsoft VM in mine. I hope that didn't throw you off. Other than that, I'd still be guessing.
