When would be the best time?

I have a site currently parked now for about 3 months. It's managed to hold a positive PR but would like to know your thoughts on when would be the best time to unpark the page. Should I wait until after this update? Does it really make any difference? Thanks

? Depends how quick you want to get in Google. Why not just put up the site?
