Search Engine Indexing - Lengthy URL

Hi,

When search engines index url's, will there be any specific length restriction or maximum url length size?

for example if I have an url as below :

http:/www.12345789-123456789-123456789/12345789-123456789-123456789.html

Url Length size : 54

Will the above url will be indexed by all the engines without any problem?

Pls clarify.

As far as Google is concerned, I never heard of a limit of url length. Logicly, it should be a limit somwhere.
