Inbound links from PR0 sites

..does it harm?

Title says it all really: if lots of sites that are PR0 (white toolbar) link to my site, will google penalize my site for that? Or is it OK if I have lots of other non-PR0 sites linking as well?

There is a warning against linking to bad neighborhoods, but getting links from them shouldn't hurt you. Otherwise, a competitor could hurt you that way.

Links from those sites won't help your PR b/c they don't have any to pass on. If those links really are valuable in their own right -- PR notwithstanding -- then I would be glad to get those links.
