i had to move my site and got a new ip. while i almost used to be visited daily, i havent seen googlebot for 2 weeks now. i used to do this in the past without problems.
is there a new filter that causes this effect?

Once Google's DNS cache updates, odds are good you will see their bot visiting you again. This could take some time.
