Will Google do an early update this month?

Is there any chance that Google will do an "early" update this month in an effort to get all the fresh content related to war included asap?

By early I am referring here to anytime before the end of this month (since we had an update already in March because of the late February update)

Or this is not an issue that should effect Google's normal update schedule and it would continue with it on the planned date (whichever) whether war or no war?

What do members think?

I don't think it will make any difference due to freshbot, I'm wondering if we will see an update this month

Googleguy posted a message yesterday stating that the update threads were starting way too early.

Where did he post that? However, considering when the deep crawl ended, I wouldn't expect it any earlier than the very end of this month. And, quite likely early next month.

Disclaimer: This is not a Google update post. I do not post to Google update threads (though I might read a couple to get a laugh or two).

I was, however, curious about freshbot and did a few iraqi war this and iraqi war that searches. No fresh tags, most results were a few days old.

The folks at G probably assume that the news product has it covered.

Google news is showing results 2 hrs old, can't get much fresher than that bot!

I doubt google need consider an "early" update necessary

That's a tragic question if you think about the fact (rumors) that google's sheduler is set to run at days of special events.
