My site disappeared from google

What happened?

I've been trying for a while to get my site listed on google. Saturday it showed up, as a matter of fact it was in the top 5 on aol searches. Sunday it was now where to be found.

Does anyone know what could have caused this?

Doing a Google site search on "everflux faq" gave these three excellent threads in the first three positions:

FAQ: Everflux - mid-month Google spidering and minor updates - Sept. 2002 [webmasterworld.com]

I had a similar problem with my site being fully indexed by Google and ranking quite highly for some key terms - then - 2 days later totally disapearing - then - 5 days later re-apearing with only the title being indexed and no ranking for key terms.

Maybe I need the help of a good SEO - anybody know one?
