... yet not on real page or cache

Searching for information on Linkin Park's new album Meteora, the band's official site came up first for a search of "band-name album-name". Nothing wrong there, but the album name appears in both the title and the snippet in the SERPs, yet not on either the real page or the cache. The cache even states that this term only appears in links to the page.

So how come Google puts it in the SERPs?

Why should link text affect what Google shows as the title and snippet?
