Will my referrals fall after decreasing my H tag size?

Went from h1 to h4

They were H4s rather than H1s, they're now size 3 strong.
Strictly from the SEO viewpoint, will it make a blind bit of difference, or is a H4 too low down on the scale to matter anyway?

I'd stick with H1 but if you want it a bit smaller change it with your stylesheet, ie h1 { font-size: 18pt } or something, I would suggest that the lower down the H* scale you go the less important they become.
