My website with pr 5 can't beat sites with pr 3 and 4

Can someone check my profile and sticky me the things i'm doing wrong because I'don't got a clou of what I'm doing wrong. I only want to be found for two dutch words that are obvious if you watch my page. I read a lot here but I don't understand every therm you'll use.
That's perhaps the reason that my page is still on resultpage three for my main keyword.
If someone sticky's me my main problem I am very (to use a understatement) happy.
