How do I submit my site to Google?

A few days ago i read a post that provided a link on where to register my affiliate site with Google...does anybody know how and would they care to share that with me?

It's as simple as getting one incoming link from a site that is already indexed in Google. Then Googlebot will find your site. It will take at least one month(possibly two) to be indexed after that. Meanwhile, while you are waiting, try to get more incoming links.
