Tried site search but failed to find what I was looking for.
What is the correct email address to use, when writing to Google to ask whether a site has had a PR0 penalty applied & if they would consider removing such a penalty in the light of a site being 'under new management'? I'm sure I've seen something somewhere on WW so, apologies for my current inability to search..
