question about google penalizing

hi guys..i have a website with pr 8...i have about 15 link pages all havin the exact same content..the content is just links of various people on all those 15 pages...i was wondering if google penalises for this...also, by placing a link on these 15 sites, with pr 6 all of the same domain, will it help as far as link popularity is concerned? or will it just be considered as 1 link since all 15 links are coming from the same domain.....

All pages have their own Page Rank. The more pages internally does help out all the others. Are you saying that you have 15 link pages with different links on each page or 15 link pages that are just duplicates?

i have 15 pages with different links on them..but have the same title, images and eveythign else...only difference is some of the text is diff...

so say i open a new website and place its link on all the 15 pages of my links website, then should i consider those as 15 links with pages having pr 6?

Is the other site linking back. Is it more than one different site you will link to across 15 pages?
