why wont bots look

I have a wesite that made it to the index this month, i have a pr of 4 and all interior pages are 3, google deep crawl is all over my site but will only look at links that come out of the home page, I created a sitemap that google views now but wont follow the pages in the sitemap? can someone tell my why? and how should i go about this?

Without knowing the site it's hard to speculate. The only thing I can mention is that in my experience Google does not follow new links immediately - the bot seems to come back on a subsequent visit to spider any newly discovered pages.

Just on time, after this post i decided to bring my page one click shorter to the homepage...Googlebot (216) is back on my site and now crawling the pages i wanted indexed :)) seems like google bot was waiting for me to improve my site lol.
