At the moment only the article titles (italic in the above sample) are linked to the article. Now, after reading some postings about "linkrank" and "themeing" I think I should include the "green widgets" into every link which would expand

Grass is green - information about green widgets
My fears: Since I have up to 10 links on every page and every link would contain "information about green widgets" in addition the the words also showing up in the paragraphs - could this taste spammy? In this example there could "green" and "widgets" would show up at least 20 times on the page.
Finally, if I add the keywords to each link, should I add it as prefix or postfix? Up to how many characters does Google give any value to the link text?

Personally, repeating identical very long anchortexts on every page does not sound very good looking to me.
In general, on a lighter note, repeating keywords = no paranoia if it looks similar to this:
[google.com...]
(27 time the same keyword in the link text and well over the suggested 100 links per page...;))
