Dear all,
After the recent google dance, my client website is not included in the currently index. It used to be on top 10 list on google search index. But now it is out of google and I cannot even find the url in the whole index. Can anyone give some best advice? Also, I wonder where can I find a tool or website to read how all top ten search engines are indexing the pages. Thanks a million in advance.

Best regards,
Kelvin

Welcome to WebmasterWorld :) Did you constantly check the ranking of your site before? I do also notice your web site is EXTREMELY slow to load, if it is always like this it could be because Googlebot had troubles connecting to your webpage. Also a side note while you investigate this issue is that we do not post URLs (website addresses) in posts as a rule [webmasterworld.com]. If you read this site, view the library and go over the posts you will see posts after posts about how ranking works and how one can achieve better placement, rules to follow when submitting and how to avoid being blacklisted :)

Gee whizz Kelvin,

I wonder if this text on your page has anything to do with it:

<snipped specifics of repetitive keywords>

But golly, apart from that it's a total mystery.

Hi kelvincho, Welcome to WebmasterWorld [webmasterworld.com]. The Terms of Service [webmasterworld.com] frowns on posting your url as you have. You may want to edit your post so that a moderator doesn't have to.

My suggestion would be to take a closer look at Google's Quality Guidelines: [google.com]

  • Avoid hidden text or hidden links.
  • Don't employ cloaking or sneaky redirects.
  • Don't send automated queries to Google.
  • Don't load pages with irrelevant words.
  • Don't create multiple pages, subdomains, or domains with substantially duplicate content.
  • Avoid "doorway" pages created just for search engines, or other "cookie cutter" approaches such as affiliate programs with little or no original content.

I betcha can't find myreplicawatch either.
At one point when I visited the site I showed a pr 5 and then later it was pr 6 from the toolbar. Of course this was coming from pr 6 and then pr 5 pages. I am aware of that problem with the toolbar but didn't know it happened to pr 0 as well as grey bar.

I suppose at this point web position gold couldn't hurt. ;););)

Actually that would be like biting your finger so your tooth doesn't hurt. You still won't be able to find your pages on Google but for a different reason.

    Don't get WPG.

Kelvin Please remove URL , the moderators here need sleep. Cant always do all the editing :) - I guess he must be from Hong Kong, no discrimination here, but that's somewhat the capital of fake stuff?

Vegas, LA, Any large city has Tons of fake merchandise ;) Anything tourist related, heck the local swapmeets even! :P oOoo new website idea, Swapmeet Online. Each person has their store but you have to be there, and you have your items in your box. and people come around and offer you money. your stuff is only there as long as you are. Set prices OBO... mMmmmm better than ebay because less people and the early you get there the better deals you get. (c)idea ;)
