I just did my favorite search and got last months index again. Shouldn't it be over?

Nope, it takes a few days. The va and in servers still show the previous numbers.

It takes a while to migrate a 1.3 billion page index to all the servers while simultaneously serving over 200 million searches per day.

How can people report being Deep Crawled already if this update isn't over?

...and I haven't seen any Googlebot since Feb 28th. :(

Someone(Google person) said the deep crawl would not be delayed but would start straight away this month. The outage yesterday may have effected the speed of normalizing the results though.

at least not for me! I think at least 1 data center haven't completed the update yet.
