Capitals in linking text

I will be creating incoming links with my keywords in the incoming link. Most people in the search engines will type the phrases in lower case. But to look correct in the linking text, the beginnings of the keywords need to be in uppercase.

Does google distinguish between upper and lowercase on the incoming link text?

It shouldn't matter Jon, neither the link text nor the pages themselves are matched in a case sensitive manner.
