I've been having problems getting my title to show up on Google. On Friday it finally showed up. Then today it is gone again. Any thoughts? Is this normal?

It is probably because of the update. Wait a couple of days for the update to settle and your title, if available during the deep crawl in Feb, should be in the new index.
