google crawls on top level .com

hello, 2 of my website are in dmoz for months
now, they have links from other websites
i checked in www3.google.com and they only
have 2 webpages in the index out of 15

are the results in www3 subject to change
why doesn't google crawl my website

The dmoz update has been stale for several months. Google never saw the links.
