PR in terms of Percent

Has anyone ever seen the SERP's at [ms101.mysearch.com...] . When you view google directories it gives the page rank in terms of percent for the sites listed that have it. How can a rank of 55% be determined from the toolbar? Is there another method of viewing PR?

if you check the pos.gif's of the bars, they seem to be the same as in Google's Directory.
