City Guide is Receiving Dodgy Links on www2

Are they trying to take advantage of local info?

I have a relatively new City Guide that has 12 linkbacks on www1, and now 43 linkbacks on www2 - 31 that are porn-related.

There is no porn, crosslinks or anything on my site other than the normal local city info, i.e. restaurants, hotels, things to see/do, etc.

Are these worthless (PR0 or gray) sites going to bring down my current PR3? And if so, it sounds like Google will soon need an Algo adjustment if such practices continue for the rest of our sites.

I don't think that your PR should be affected unless you link back (from your post that seems unlikely!).

If the pages linking to you get into trouble then you may receive no PageRank from them, but your other inbound links should be OK.
