Has the FREE submit option to MSN gone completely??

Has the free submit option and MSN move or is it gone entirely? When you click on the submit URL link from Search.MSN.com it takes you directly to the express submit for Looksmart. Anyone else notince this and have any input??

If you want to be MSN's directory - pay (or submit to) Looksmart. MSN has no Inktomi submission.
