All of these spiders to an old site

Who are they and what do I do about this?

Good morning everyone.. I just looked at some web logs for an old domain (xyx.com) and was suprised to see all of these spiders still coming to it. Currently the site is a one page site saying now shop us online at xyzonline.com with some hyperlinks going to our new site. In fast (alltheweb) it still shows 36 outdated pages from our site and I believe we removed all of the pages except for the one page that as of june we put hyperlinks on to point to our new site. As far as ink goes, well step right in and spider away. What can I do though to encourage these guys to come to the new website? Anything? What is now this one page website (xyz.com) is showing up everywhere, ink, fast, you name it.. I would love to get the new site (xyzonline.com) showing in all these engines and fully spidered all couple thousand pages.

Below are the hits visiting the site xyz.com and I feel some *might* be trying to visit pages which I believe we removed from the old site.

Helpmebe, I moved this discussion to this forum, since it's related to more than one search engine.

First of all it's probably nothing to worry about if those old pages are still in some dbs - they will eventually vanish.
You could anyhow try to benefit from them still being spifer visited. What about setting those pages up again and redirecting them permanently to the new domain?

Heini, I am just alittle suprised they are still out their, although I know alltheweb has gone so long without a good update.
Well I guess I could do set them up again and do redirects (not sure what type to use) but from what I understand that can hurt you in google?
