No ranking on google...

I have submitted my site to google and several other search engines, but I am not listed, even if type in my web address it doesnt show on google. I think that my keywords are ok. Can someone please have a look and tell me if I have any obvious things wrong there.

What's the history of your site? Has it ever been indexed, or is this a new site? Have you got any inbound links? Google will only include sites that have a few inbound links.

At present I should have around 8-10 inbound links to the site but I will check to make sure of this.

same thing happend to me recently with a site that went live in FEB. It's only just been indexed in Google in the last couple of days. I submited BY HAND to DMOZ, Google, and Yahoo (though I'm not sure how much difference this last one makes).

Seems just to take longer for sites to get indexed these days.

Best just to hang on in there - it'll find its way on to Google sooner or later :)
