When submitting to google, should I submit all my pages or just the index page. I have heard that you should submit 3-5 pages per day but then again google says to just submit the index page only.
When I build a new page should I submit the page independently or let the spider find it on its own.

IMHO only submit index page once, hopefully you have some inbound links and be patient.:)
