We updated our site 6 weeks ago and the old pages are still being listed on Google and may other sites.
What are my options to get these remove or updated? I am just getting started with SEO and can use all the info and help I can get.

If older pages have good, relevant ranking positions in engines - I definitely would find some way to still use those pages within proper context and relevancy to any new material.
