XML Parser ?

How and Which is the best free one ?

I want my hosting account to be able to parse XML.

How can this be done??

Is it done at the root level or can be done for each hosting account, if it is shared??

Also there seems to be a lot of free XML parsers...which is the best one to use??

Ideavirus, I'm for sure not an expert. Facing the same problem some time ago I went hunting for a free script. At hotscripts.com/PHP/Scripts_and_Programs/XML_and_PHP/ [hotscripts.com] I found a good variety.
I took the PHP RSS parser from razor.dk and messed around with the code a little. At least I managed to plant the WebmasterWorld newsfeed on my site!
