I am currently building a website (hopefully it'll be done soon) and I'm in the midst of looking for (and saving up for) a good webhost.

Specs for my site:
a) Requires full CGI access, with C++ compiler (gcc) and prefarably perl as well.
b) Must have good security (ie: firewall, filters, etc.)
c) Linux/Unix/BSD/Unix clone based
d) Good control panel (ie: 'one-click' (or more) access to change directory security settings, permissions, etc.)
e) 200mb and above diskspace
f) 2GB and above traffic per month
g) Good customer service (I'm very good at killing things)
h) Reliable and fast internet connection
i) Allows commercial site (doesn't require e-commerce packages)
j) FTP access
k) Server logs access

and most importantly:
MUST BE CHEAP. :p

Anyone has any good suggestions? I'm currently looking at verio and interland, but they don't really provide very good ways for me to verify their claims of having this or that feature. :p

There have been tons of discussion here on different hosting companies and 2 that routinely come up as some of the best are [westhost.com...] (this board is hosted there) and [pair.com...] (I've used them for years and been very happy (I'm not sure about gcc for either of them but they both meet all your other specs.
