Has this happened to you?

Hope this is the right place. I figured it had to happen to sombody here at some point. I'm going on to load Eye Candy 4000 for Fireworks--but it is unable to install because it cannot find PROGRAM.exe -- I had been uninstalling some other programs--

What do I do -- or can I do?
