This is my advice for you, don't run these at the same time ( i run w2000) It has taken me a lot of time to get my system working again.
Just tried, and my whole system broke down!!!
I couldn't access the "computer manager" extension in W2000, so i couldn't turn it off, i then entered the regestry and forbid IIS to start, then it worked and now i have uninstalled Cold Fusion.
And my system works again.
