What is the best source of getting an up-to-date IP list of spiders? I beleive Fantomaster has a subscription service for this. Any other good sources? Paid or free does not matter as long as it's current and comprehensive.

Take what's out there, and build from your own log files. Other than that, Xoc [xoc.net] has a pretty through list of recent ones. <added>I take that back - maybe that isn't public info anymore?</added>
