Due to Cold Fusion formatting?

Cold Fusion is formatting meta like this:

<meta http-equiv="Description" name="Description" content="Blah">

<meta http-equiv="Keywords" name="Keywords" content="blah">

Simspider on SEW is not picking them up. Is this because of the <meta http-equiv="Keywords" and <meta http-equiv="Description" parts of the tags?

My experience is the description and keyword tags tags most commonly appear as "<meta name="keywords" content="lotsa words, more words, etc"> and I suspect this is what the sim spider tool is looking for. I ran one of my own pages through the tool using that format and the sim spider picked them up just fine. The form Cold Fusion is creating for you is legal according to W3C specs, just more "formal." But how many SEs work like the sim spider and don't recognize that form? Who knows... Personally I always use the simple form 'cause it works reliably.

Brett wrote the tool skibum, so he's the only one that can say for certain what it recognizes. If you feel you must have his comments, I'll bring it to his attention. Let me know...
