I think I need to go back to marketing school. All along I've been trying to streamline every point of contact with customers and potential customers to make it as easy as possible for them to part with their money and give to me. All along I needed to put as many hurdles and reasons why the clients don't need to buy and/or upgrade their service.
From now on we only do seo for terms surrounded by quotation marks and we are charging double for this service. :)
