Guide to setting up IIS 4

I need to set-up from scratch a web server using Internet Information Server 4 for Windows NT 4 and was wondering if anyone could recommend any books, websites, online tutorials etc that would provide a step by step guide for a beginner such as myself.

You might try How to Correctly Install IIS 4.0 [iisanswers.com]. There is also some other great IIS information there as well. Whatever you do, be sure to apply all the latest hot fixes and security patches as well!~
