My client wants to install live web cam at his site. It is supposed to be sort of "big brother" live on internet.Can anybody explain how it is done. Is co-location the best option. Can anybody recommed hosting company?

If it's for security reasons, I'd recommend giving SecureEye a look. They can store all images on their server and run change-detection software to filter the frames that indicate, say, a person entering the office.
