Streaming media test

I need a url of a sample video clip to send to a group of about 20 people to test if they can access streaming media. The video should be:

- Mpeg (or 'Real' and Mpeg)
- Suitable for a 56k modem
- Subject: ideally about living with a Disability, but any good quality non-offensive clip would be good.

I've tried searching but can't find this kind of thing. Can anyone suggest some url's?

It would be best if the test clip worked without a plugin on IE - Anyone know of an Mpeg url???
