Hacked by the "Chinese"

My boss just came in and showed me this:

RITEC Site

If the server is down to fix it, what they did was strip the site and leave a nice little mesage that read:

"Hacked By the Chinese"
http://www.theworm.com

Anyone ever had this happen before? We have pretty good security too.....any ideas?

The defaced page is what the first version of the Code Red IIS worm did to the site while hunting other servers to infect.
