I have been asked to set up mailing list software for an organization which currently sends out their newsletter with Outlook to about 1000 subscribers. It should have a good templating system so that the user does not have to know html, and would be preferable if it also archived the html versions online.

I looked at Dada Mail, which accomplishes the latter, but I am concerned that it's email templates are not sufficient. A program where I could create the form that is filled out by the user would be better.

It does not have to be free software, and could even be a service. All suggestions?

I've been using CampaignMonitor for last few months - fantastic. Surely one of the best web apps around.

[no other affilitaion except a happy customer]

I have settled on ListMessenger, that is unless someone can inform me of an application that would allow my client to add content to a sidebar in the message via a form.
