What percentage have Javascript and Java?

Recently I came across a site that reports that 95% of the machines have Java installed and 96% have javascript enabled. Those numbers seem high to me.

What do you estimate the percentages to be for installation of Java and the percentage that have javascript installed and enabled?

I'd say that is close to correct. Only the very savvy even know that it can be turned off.

And then there is a smaller percentage of those who actually know how to turn it off.

Javascript, I can understand. Doesn't 95% of the machines with Java installed seem a bit high.
