RoR vs Php

I have seen a few posts about people wondering whether they should develop a new website in php or should learn RoR so that they can cut down on development time.

I have an alternative. A while ago I found a PHP framework (which is open source) which in my personal opinion is the best I have seen. It is quite new and there is still plenty work to do on it but it is just great

One thing that is especially good about it is that anyone can create new componants really easy an quickly.
