automated staging to production with backup

I want to have one button upload from staging to production with rollback

Is there any off the shelf software that will facilitate pushing a new site or updates from a staging server to production servers that will first archive the Current site for roll back purposes? Thanks

If you just keep a backup somewhere, you don't have to worry about expensive software to do this.
