Looking for a good CAPTCHA db

I hope this is the right forum to post to. If not, kindly direct me to a more appropriate forum.

I am looking for a good CAPTCHA database for my sites. (A CAPTCHA is one of those "please type the word in the image above" fields to thwart signup bots).

I would prefer the raw db or an online service that can be easily integrating into my webapp.
