user reviews -what software?

I'd like to add a user review feature to my site

I hope this is the right forum for this question. Its the first time I've popped in here.

I'd like to add a feature where my visitors could post reviews on a subject. Not a forum discussion, but one-time posts of reviews, like you'd find on epinoins or tripadvisor.

Is this a complicated process? I'm fine with html and page building, weak on server technology.

You can use a database or a flat file. It's pretty complicated though.

best to start with a simple procedure and work towards your goal.

a program like Dreamweaver can help you get started with it.
