I see the refresh when I visit the site...
but my client, who is across town, insists the page looks the same and hasn't changed. Essentially, when he enters the domain name in his browser, he sees the old page. Refresh doesn;t help...clearing temp internet files doesn't help.
I'm at a loss with this one...
