Hello All, i turn to you all with a business related question. My father has had this web hosting company for over 4 years and he think its pretty good, as do i. We have alot of space with them, and have something like a repacking deal where we can break up the hosting into smaller accounts, like have 20 accounts that only get 10 mb of storage, 5 with 100mb, etc.. We have our own business with many employees, and ever since we have been running it employees have complained about some emails never reaching them. What we do is, we have the main website, www.bluewidgets.com and everyone gets a bluewidget email address, like sandy@bluewidget.com . Everytime someone emails them, it forwards the email to their personal account. We know we have a problem, and we cant really get away from the forwarding since everyones business cards have bluewidget on there and we dont want to put personal emails on there because thats not very professional.
Also, i noticed recently when uploading sites using dreamweaver, some pages dont make it, and get an error saying server can not be reached. This is so frustrating i dont even want to get into how upset i am about this. The last few days i've noticed a repition, whenever i upload more than 6 pages at a time, it always has a problem with the 6th page. if i do 18 pages, named 1, 2, 3.. all the way to 18.. almost always 6, 12 and 18 will have a problem. And on top of that, when pages do get through, they say they are complete but when i go to the site i get a white page (all the content, and i mean ALL of it is missing) and just uploads a blank freakin page.
Has my isp gone to hell and the email forwarding is a coincidince? or is it time for us to move hosting companies. please help, thanks!
