Servers, Logs, and Stats and SEO

The company I work for has installed a new Stats package for analysis of Web logs. We used to use Web trends, but have moved to another package by "Quest Software"

Other than the usual stats I require for SEO, Referring engines, keywords and Bot activity.

is there anything else anyone can think of that may be useful to me, as the techy server people have asked me for a list of things i require from the software.
