.BIN files are opening up as a text file

Hi Everyone,

I have a new product update that is a .BIN file. When anyone clicks the link, the file opens up into the browser. If you right click save as - the filetype is a text. I want the box to come up to download the file.

Now, Microsoft IIS has configuration for mime, and on the root I have it set to "application/octet-stream" for *.bin files. I thought that would have been the problem, but still the same thing remains.

Any ideas? Thanks for any help!
